Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:
Deb Barth moved, and Rebecca LaCroix seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the February meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Mark Jacobsen moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and Financial reports for February and March. All in favor. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business:
New Business: Prepare letter for commission for wage increase for Sienna Schuler & COLA increase for Beth & Sienna.
Director Updates:
The board was updated on the Federation meeting held in Miles City on April 5th. Review of FY 2025 budget. Town Pump grant of $1000.00.
Announcements:
Library closure, May 27 2024.
Trustee Training:
MSL Trustee Training: Maximizing Meeting Effectiveness, board members watched the 1 hour training & the video was discussed.
Next Meeting:
June 11, 2024, at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
