Notice is hereby given; that the Board of County Commissioners of Fallon County, Montana, on the 17th day of May, 2021 at 1:30 PM, in their office at the county courthouse will be soliciting proposals for a study to review and update existing County road records by way of researching Commissioner Proceedings, Commissioner Deeds, existing road maps, etc. to locate easements, abandonments, and/or all other information pertinent to County roads.

The updates will determine future procedures and policies for Fallon County roads and will bring the County’s road plat book up to required standards.

Interested contractors will be required to submit a written plan and make an oral explanation as to how their plan will be executed, the time required and costs. This will assist the Commission with information needed for FY22 budget.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all written plans, to waive irregularities, or to accept any written plan they deem to be in the best interest of Fallon County. The project will begin after July 1, 2021, which is the new 2022 Fiscal Year.

Dated this 4th day of January, 2021
